1. Reservations and Payments: The validity of the rental contract is subject to the effective payment of the amounts stipulated therein.
2. Insurance: The boat is insured, the conditions of the insurance, assumptions that it covers and indemnities, are those that appear in the corresponding policy.
3. The lease period: It may not be varied except with the consent of the lessor. In the event of requesting cancellation of the contract, the lessee will lose the amounts paid on account, unless it was due to ownership.
4. Use of the boat: The lessee undertakes to use the boat properly as legislated by the Navy, Customs, Police and Health authorities of the ports it visits, as well as in its navigation. The lessee claims to be in possession of the necessary knowledge for the navigation that he intends to carry out.
5. Reserves the right not to make the boat available to the client, if the skipper does not seem to have the necessary expertise and competence, despite the titles presented.
6. The right is reserved not to make the boat available to the client if the weather conditions are not suitable for it (winds of more than 10 knots and waves of more than 0.3 meters). That is to say, it will not be possible to navigate in conditions superior to those indicated.
7. The entrance to ports other than the base port, as well as the approach to the beaches exceeding the limit established by the buoys is not allowed. Otherwise, the owner reserves the right not to return the deposit.
8. The lessee agrees to use the boat and its accessories properly, is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
9. If the lessee or someone in his group incurs in behavior or attitude that causes a risk to the safety of navigation, the boat must return to port immediately without the right to any reimbursement by the lessor.
10. Fuel and extra services. Expenses for fuel and extra services will be detailed in each budget.
11. Funding. You will not be able to leave the ship at any time.
12. Force majeure and breakdowns. The right is reserved not to make the boat available to the client due to force majeure or breakdown of the reserved boat, in which case the company will present, if possible, other options or the refund of the amount paid.
13. Type of rental: Without skipper.
The skipper will be passenger number 1, with a navigation degree, Skipper of Recreational Vessels (PER). A copy of the employer's degree and DNI/passport must be provided.
